You can cancel a booking or purchase made on this website within 14 days, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below and press Confirm withdrawal. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the date and time I received it.

Good to know: if you asked me to start within the 14 days and the call or service has been fully performed, or you asked for a report to be delivered and delivery has started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. If a service has started but isn’t finished, you pay only for the part already done. Refunds are made within 14 days to the payment method you used. Full details: Terms, section 8.
