Complaints & Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

I want to fix problems quickly. If something isn’t right, please contact support@michaelddev.com first. Most issues can be resolved by clarifying scope, re-supplying digital content, or issuing any refund due under my Withdrawal & Refund Policy. I hereby grant my guaranteed cooperation insurance with any relevant legal authority if ever demanded to do so.

How to complain to Me (internal resolution)

Where to write: support@michaelddev.com
What to include: your name, order/booking ID, dates, a short description, and optionally any evidence (screenshots, links, TX hash).

Timelines (aims):

  • Acknowledgement: within 2 business days at most.

  • Substantive reply: within 14 days at most (generally under 48 hours); complex cases within 30 days (I’ll keep you updated).

  • Languages: English (binding) or any other language and I will use translation solutions in order to communicate.

ADR (out-of-court mediation) — Belgium

If you’re a consumer (B2C) and I can’t resolve your issue, you may contact the Consumer Mediation Service (Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur / Consumentenombudsdienst), an independent public body that handles consumer-trader disputes in Belgium:

  • Address: North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 bte 1, 1000 Brussels

  • Email: contact@mediationconsommateur.be

  • Phone: +32 2 702 52 20 (office hours vary)
I will consider ADR invitations in good faith; unless I expressly agree, mediation outcomes are not automatically binding.

Cross-border consumer help (within EU/EEA/NO/IS)

For cross-border purchases (e.g., you live in one EU country and I am established in Belgium), you can also ask your local European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) for free assistance or contact me and we can develop on the matter together.

  • ECC Belgium helpline: +32 2 542 33 46 (weekday mornings) — or contact your local ECC via the ECC-Net website.

Court jurisdiction & governing law

This page does not limit your statutory rights. My Terms & Conditions Policy, Privacy Policy and/or my Cookies Policy provide that disputes are governed by Belgian law and, where I direct my activities to your country, this is without prejudice to any mandatory, non-waivable consumer protections that apply there. Court competence is as stated in my Terms & Conditions.

Accessibility: If you need help submitting a complaint in another language or format, email support@michaelddev.com and I will provide a reasonable accommodation.”
